1. About WEIBA
WEIBA (Women Empowerment in Industry and Business Association) is an initiative of UniCircle Foundation, Ahmedabad.
2. Registration & Membership
The annual membership fee is ₹1,500 (international members $100). Membership fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to applicable law.
3. Accurate Information
You agree to give true and complete details when you register, refer someone or apply for an opportunity.
4. Conduct
Members must behave respectfully at events and online. WEIBA may suspend or cancel membership for misuse, harassment, fraud or false statements about WEIBA.
5. Use of Name & Logo
The WEIBA name, logo and content may not be used for advertising, spam or any unlawful purpose without written permission.
6. Events & Programmes
Event dates, venues and programmes may change. WEIBA is not responsible for personal loss arising from participation, except as required by law.
7. Referral & Earn
The Referral & Earn Program has its own detailed terms (see Referral Terms).
8. No Guaranteed Income
Membership does not guarantee any income, job or business result.
9. Changes
WEIBA may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
