Who We Are
A Community of Women, Built on Connection & Empowerment
Women Empowerment in Industry and Business Association. An initiative of UniCircle Foundation.
Our Story
When women come together, they create strength, opportunities and positive change.
WEIBA is a diverse and inclusive community bringing together women from urban and rural backgrounds, different professions, businesses, cultures, experiences and stages of life.
Every woman has a story, a skill, an idea or a dream worth discovering. Our purpose is a community where women feel connected, valued, heard and inspired.
We are not defined by geography, profession or background — only by the strength of women supporting one another. From our roots in India, we envision a globally connected sisterhood.
Our Belief
When women connect, they create possibilities. When women support women, communities grow.
Our Vision
A global women's community without boundaries — connecting women across cities, villages, professions and countries while creating opportunities for growth, collaboration and empowerment.
