The WEIBA Referral & Earn Program is designed to encourage our members and volunteers to introduce genuine new members to the WEIBA community and help expand our network of women. By participating in the programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
The programme is open to eligible registered WEIBA members and volunteers. Participants must provide accurate registration and payment details. WEIBA reserves the right to verify participant and referral information. WEIBA may suspend or terminate participation in case of misuse, fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.
2. What Is a Valid Referral?
A referral will be considered eligible only when:
• The referred person is a new WEIBA member.
• The person has not previously registered as a WEIBA member.
• Registration is completed using the applicable referral code, link or other approved referral method.
• The applicable membership fee has been successfully received by WEIBA.
• The referred member remains an active member for six continuous months.
A referral does not become eligible merely because a person's name or contact details have been submitted.
3. Referral Reward
India Membership
Membership Fee: ₹1,500
Referral Reward: ₹200 per eligible referral
The ₹200 reward becomes payable only after the referred member has completed six continuous months of active WEIBA membership, subject to verification.
International Membership
The applicable international membership fee and referral reward will be communicated by WEIBA and may vary according to the applicable membership category, currency and country. International payments and rewards may be subject to applicable payment processing charges, taxes, currency-conversion charges and applicable laws.
4. Six-Month Reward Eligibility
The referral reward will be processed only after:
• The referred member has successfully registered.
• The applicable membership fee has been successfully received.
• The membership remains active for six continuous months.
• The referral has been verified by WEIBA.
• There has been no refund, cancellation, fraudulent activity or violation of the membership terms.
No referral reward is payable before completion of the six-month eligibility period. WEIBA may specify the payment schedule and method for processing approved referral rewards.
5. Non-Refundable Membership Registration Fee
Membership fees once paid and successfully processed are non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to applicable law. By completing registration and payment, the member acknowledges that the membership fee is paid for the applicable membership period. Ordinarily, no refund will be provided due to:
• Change of mind
• Non-participation in WEIBA activities
• Non-attendance at events or programmes
• Failure to use membership benefits
• Personal circumstances
• Voluntary discontinuation of membership
WEIBA reserves the right to review exceptional situations where required by applicable law or where a payment-processing error has occurred.
6. Effect of Refund or Cancellation on Referral Reward
If a referred membership is cancelled, refunded, invalidated or otherwise ceases to qualify before completion of the required six-month period, the referral reward will not become payable. If a reward has already been paid and the underlying referral is subsequently found to be invalid due to fraud, duplicate registration or other violation of these terms, WEIBA may review and take appropriate action in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
7. No Self-Referrals
The following are not eligible:
• Referring yourself
• Creating duplicate accounts
• Using another person's details to generate a referral
• Referring an existing or previously registered member as a new member
• Artificial or fabricated registrations
8. Genuine Referrals Only
Participants must make genuine referrals and must not make false or misleading statements about WEIBA, its membership, activities, benefits or opportunities. Participants must not promise any guaranteed income, business opportunity, employment, financial return or other benefit that WEIBA has not officially communicated.
9. No Spam or Misuse
Participants must not use the WEIBA name, logo, database or communication channels for:
• Unsolicited bulk messages
• Spam
• Misleading advertising
• Harassment
• False representations
• Any unlawful activity
Referrals should be made respectfully and with genuine interest in introducing women to the WEIBA community.
10. Referral Tracking
WEIBA may use unique referral codes, links, forms or other tracking methods to identify and verify referrals. Where a referral cannot be reasonably verified, WEIBA may decline the referral reward. Participants are responsible for using their designated referral method correctly.
11. Taxes & Applicable Charges
Any applicable taxes, withholding requirements, payment-processing charges or other statutory deductions relating to referral rewards will be handled in accordance with applicable law and WEIBA's accounting procedures. Participants are responsible for complying with their own applicable tax obligations.
12. International Participation
International members and participants may be subject to additional terms relating to:
• Currency
• Payment processing
• Currency conversion
• International transaction charges
• Taxes
• Country-specific legal requirements
WEIBA reserves the right to restrict participation from particular jurisdictions where required by applicable law or payment regulations.
13. Programme Misuse
WEIBA reserves the right to investigate referrals where it identifies unusual, fraudulent or suspicious activity. WEIBA may reject referrals, suspend participation or terminate participation in the programme where there is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
14. Changes to the Programme
WEIBA reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Referral & Earn Program, including referral amounts, eligibility requirements and payment procedures, subject to applicable law. Any significant changes will be communicated through appropriate WEIBA channels.
15. No Guaranteed Income
Participation in the WEIBA Referral & Earn Program does not guarantee any income or earnings. Referral rewards are available only for eligible referrals that satisfy all programme requirements. The programme is intended as a referral incentive for introducing genuine new members to the WEIBA community and is not an employment, salary or guaranteed-income programme.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the WEIBA Referral & Earn Program, registering as a WEIBA member, or submitting a referral, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
