A message from our Founder

"When women come together, they create strength, opportunities and positive change."

Dear friends,

WEIBA was born from a simple belief — that every woman has a story, a skill, an idea or a dream worth discovering and celebrating. Too often, talent stays hidden simply because the right connection, the right platform or the right encouragement was never available.

I have seen women in cities building remarkable businesses, and women in villages creating extraordinary products with their hands. What they often lack is not ability — it is access. Access to markets, to knowledge, to networks and to each other.

WEIBA exists to build that bridge. A place where a student and a seasoned entrepreneur, a homemaker and a professional, an artisan, a corporate leader and an industrialist can sit together, learn from one another and grow together.

From our roots in Ahmedabad and India, our dream is a global sisterhood without boundaries. I invite you to be part of this journey — to connect, to contribute and to grow.

With warmth and belief,
Ms. Ami Mehta
